Unlike QuickBooks, XpandedReports does not automatically abbreviate long columns like memos. 

The advantage is that exporting to Excel form XpandedReports maintains all of the orginal text that is lost using QuickBooks.

However, the the long text can be a problem when printing from XpandedReports.

To reduce the text, you can use the Abbreviate() function to reduce the text on the report.
